Cloud Pulse Consulting

Engagement model

How Cloud Pulse Consulting scopes programming projects for cloud application development—from intake to handoff.

From first message to merged code

This page describes how we structure paid consulting work. It is not a catalog of fixed products; each engagement is written to match your repositories, compliance needs, and release calendar.

1. Intake and mutual NDA (if needed)

You describe the cloud application challenge: latency goals, regulatory context, and the repositories or environments we would touch. We confirm whether an assessment, build support, or advisory cadence is appropriate. Mutual confidentiality terms are signed when source access is required.

2. Discovery block (optional)

When the problem space is broad, we propose a short paid discovery block to map services, data flows, and deployment paths. Discovery ends with a recommended statement of work or a decision to stop without further spend.

3. Statement of work

The statement of work lists deliverables, assumptions, tooling access, meeting cadence, and fees in THB or agreed currency. Payment schedules follow the milestones in that document. We do not begin billable implementation until you approve the statement of work.

4. Delivery and evidence

Work happens in your version control and CI systems. We favor small, reviewable changes with tests or checks your team already trusts. For assessments, delivery is a written report and walkthrough call.

5. Closure

We conduct a handoff session covering open risks, runbooks, and suggested follow-up tasks. Additional work is booked under a new statement of work.
