This policy explains how we process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and related guidance.
Data we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone number, and message text you submit voluntarily.
- Cookie preference: your accept/reject choice stored locally in your browser (see our Cookie policy).
- Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) to deliver the site and protect against abuse. We do not use those logs for profiling or advertising.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or social widgets on this website.

Where inquiry data goes
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends a JSON payload to /api/inquiry on the same domain. That endpoint is handled by our server infrastructure, not by third-party marketing tools. We use the information only to evaluate and reply to your request.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain business correspondence, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer storage.
Cookie preference values remain on your device until you clear site data or change your choice via the banner.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us at info@cloud-pulse.digital. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
International transfers
If you contact us from outside Thailand, data may be processed on servers located in Thailand or other countries where our hosting providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
